Introduction to Reservations in Alto

(Duration = 1/2 day, classroom based)

This course is designed for users who will be creating and processing reservations using Alto. We will also look at working with the Item Request system and where this comes into play. The session will be practical with time for further practice at the end of the session.

The webinar will also look at the various types of information this can provide that can help you to improve the overall user experience of your website.
