Capita Customer Support Portal – coming soon

We are delighted to announce that Capita is launching its brand new customer support portal. This will replace your existing customer support portal and will bring you improved functionality and many more benefits, including:

• Improved, more intuitive navigation
• Centralised communication channels with Capita
• Direct access to priority listed downloads
• Direct access to documentation
• Scrolling real time announcements

The new portal will be available from 08:30 on Thursday 2nd May.

You will need to re-register to access the new portal.

Following the launch you will need to complete an online form via the new URL: https://mysupport.capita-software.co.uk – a simple guide to registration is available here.

Ideas forum for Services website

Following on from the success of the Ideas forum for Prism 3 and Alto, we are opening a similar forum to discuss the Services website.
